People’s Climate March

The Earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it. Ps. 24:1

People of Faith
We have a moral duty
to take care of creation and preserve it for future generations.
to protect the most vulnerable from droughts, flooding and increased diseases caused by climate change.
to build an economy that creates good jobs, clean air and water, and healthy communities.

Will you join us?

Faith groups approximate departure time is 12:15pm. Enter Assembly area from 9th Avenue side (west side). A Pre-March Prayer Service will take place at meeting venue at 11:00am. Please allow for twice as long in transit.

RCIA INQUIRY

Are you searching for a church community to call your own?
Do you know any adults who might be interested in joining our Franciscan community?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults [RCIA] is the process by which adults are formally received into the Roman Catholic Church.
RCIA is a journey of faith where adults are introduced to the church and is the process by which adults who were never baptised, or were baptized in another Christian tradition or those who were baptized as Catholics and never received Confirmation or Eucharist, complete their Sacraments of Initiation.

RCIA Inquiry sessions are ongoing; for more information, please contact Steve Kass at 973.879.3102 or stephenbkass@gmail.com

2014 Bishop's Annual Appeal
2014 Bishop's Annual Appeal
2014 Bishop's Annual Appeal
Many members of our parish have received or will soon receive, a letter from Bishop Serratelli asking you to support the 2014 Bishop’s Annual Appeal. This year’s theme is Be An Ambassador for Christ. One way to fulfill that call is to support the many ministries and services that receive financial support from the Appeal.
Reflect on the gifts that God is constantly giving to each of us and on our gratitude for these gifts, then please give to the Appeal as generously as your means allow.
[When our parish reaches its goal in cash received, 50% of the additional funds received will be returned to us for use in our parish.]
Thank you for your support.
