Current Service Opportunities

We have many different ways you can volunteer your service through our Youth Ministry. Please email [email protected] if your child would like to volunteer for any of the events listed below-or if you have any questions.  This is a first come, first serve basis. 

Soup and Stations ( Stations of the Cross) Friday 3/10 - St. Marys Church
TIMES: 
6 PM -SOUP - 3 SERVERS TO LADLE OUT SOUP FOR PEOPLE AND ASSIST WITH CLEAN-UP
7 PM - STATIONS 
1 - PERSON TO HOLD CANDLE AROUND THE STATIONS
1 - PERSON TO HOLD THE CROSS AROUND THE STATIONS
2-3 - PEOPLE TO HAND OUT LITURGY PROGRAMS TO ATTENDEES

EARTH DAY- 4/22- Riverdale Land Conservancy 10am-5pm ( but they will work with your schedule)

 -20 volunteers needed to work stations from 12 - 4 and clean up crew from 4-5
Stations include
2 @ Welcome desk - Tote bag craft/ Earth day everyday binocular craft
2 @ Birds - Making bird feeders 
2 @ Bees - Making a mason bee house 
4 @ Butterflies - Making Butterfly Feeder and games
2 @ Insects - Game
2 @ Lady Bug - Coloring 
2 @ Fireflies - Making a firefly craft
2 @ Plants - Helping the kids plant seed.
2 @ Bingo games - Running Throughout the afterno
Set up / clean up includes assembling and break down tents and set up tables & stations, then breakdown and store
