We are excited to hold our annual Hope in a Box service opportunity on Friday October 18th from 6pm to Saturday October 19th at 7am. This event has been a youth ministry favorite over the years because it allows us to take some time to think about those that are not as fortunate. We hear from speakers that have spent time being homeless and how it has affected them. We sleep outside to raise awareness that it’s still a problem and this year, we are asking for each volunteer to bring along a bag full of nonperishable food to donate to the those in need. We hope for warmer weather, but please make sure children are dressed appropriately. Please reach out with any questions you may have. We are also looking for adult volunteers so if you are interested- please email [email protected]
Nonperishable donation requests: Pop tarts, ready to eat tuna, fruit cups, granola bars, nuts, gold fish, pretzels, napkins, plastic utensils
Things to bring to build your "fort":

Pillow OR Blanket
Reusable Water Bottle
