We all experience stress in life. Some stress leaves us feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and even physically ill. Other types of stress can motivate us to take action and focus on what matters most to us. Join this eight-week counseling group, led by Brian Moeltner and Victoria Russell (M.A. Counseling Interns at Pathways Counseling Center) to explore how the stressors in your life impact you, how to manage stress while orienting towards growth and positive action, and build resilience in the face of life’s demands. We will meet on Wednesdays, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., March 5 - April 30 (no meeting on 3/12), at Pathways Counseling Center.
